Logical Building Services, LLC always has supervision on our projects to ensure safe and efficient operations. We utilize Procore software for scheduling and communication between the field and the office. Weekly schedules are sent out to all subcontractors, and available at all times. We always ask our subcontractors to review the schedule prior to commencement, and ask for feedback weekly. We always want clear communication, and clear expectations that work for everyone.
Logical Building Services, LLC prides itself on paying our subcontractors as quickly as possible. We lay out clear billing instruction and utilize Procore payments for seamless payment and waiver management. These waivers can be electronically signed and digitally notarized by us (in states that allow this). We can process your payment for ACH directly in this portal as well, making it a quick and easy process. No postage, scans, or faxes needed in most states!
The Sub-Contractor is to secure, pay for, and file with the Contractor all insurance coverage with executed contracts prior to commencing work. This must include certificates for General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, and Auto insurance, and such other insurance coverage as may be required by the contract specifications and addenda with endorsements below.
*Insurance Additional Insured Endorsement required (at no expense to the Contractor) naming Logical Building Services, LLC LLC, a Florida corporation, it’s officers, directors, and employees as additional insured. This insurance for the additional insured’s shall be as broad as the coverage provided for the named insured subcontractor. It shall apply as primary insurance before any other insurance or self-insurance, including any deductible, maintained by, or provided to, the additional insured. Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement is also required for both Liability and Workman’s Comp insurance.
